About Ashley
I am a dedicated teacher who combines expertise in their craft with a deep sense of authenticity, kindness, and compassion. With a commitment to creating a welcoming environment, I strive to ensure that my studio is a place where individuals feel at ease from the moment they walk in. My goal is to provide a supportive space where students can embark on their personal pilates journey, toward growth and transformation while feeling like they are taking a moment for their own self care.
My Pilates Journey
My journey with Pilates began after the birth of my son in 2015. Like so many new moms, I was searching for a way to reconnect with my body—and what I found in Pilates was more powerful than I could have imagined. Not only did it help me rebuild strength, but it gave me a renewed sense of mental clarity and confidence. For the first time, I actually wantedto work out.
That experience lit a spark in me. I knew I wanted to one day help others feel the same connection and motivation that Pilates gave me. I went on to complete my certification through the Equinox Pilates Training Program, with training in Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel.

Today, I work with clients who want to move with purpose and feel good in their bodies—especially parents juggling the many demands of daily life. My goal is to create a supportive space where fitness and self-care can actually fit into your schedule.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me out and about in Los Angeles—exploring local neighborhoods like Toluca Lake, Burbank, and North Hollywood, trying new restaurants, or spending time with my family.

At AB Pilates, we’ll build strength, balance, and confidence together—through a practice that’s consistent, personalized, and made to work for you.
