I’m a dedicated teacher who blends expertise with kindness and authenticity. My studio is a welcoming space where you’ll feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Here, you can focus on your Pilates journey, growth, and self-care—all supported every step of the way.

Pilates is more than exercise; it’s functional movement that empowers your body to move with strength, grace, and purpose every day.

My Pilates Journey

My Pilates journey began after the birth of my son in 2015. Like many new moms, I was looking to reconnect with my body—and found something more powerful than I expected. Pilates helped me rebuild strength, restore confidence, and, for the first time, actually enjoy working out.

That experience sparked a passion to help others feel the same. I earned my certification through the Equinox Pilates Training Program, with comprehensive training in Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel.

​

Today, I work with clients who want to move with purpose and feel good in their bodies—especially busy parents and women navigating the changes of midlife and menopause. My goal is to create a supportive space where fitness and self-care feel possible, not overwhelming.​
