“As a national champion equestrian, a busy professional and a mom, my time is always in short supply. But staying as fit as I can for my horses is non-negotiable if I want to be competitive and safe. I started working with Ashley about six months ago to improve my balance, core strength, and posture. I was looking for a workout that would complement my more traditional lifting program, while better matching the athletic demands of riding that span strength, cardio, and more small muscle control.
